We Are Much More Than Just Floors!
RCH™ Construction Company, commercially RCH™, with more than 10 years of experience, is one of the largest contractors dedicated exclusively to the placement of concrete, and has a complete service for commercial and residential high-rise building projects, as well as for large distribution centers, shopping malls, and educational complexes and hospitals, among others. Our experience in placing thousands of m3 per year in vertical elements and slabs allows us to meet schedules, quality, and associated budgets efficiently and safely.
In order to serve our clients and projects efficiently, we have separated our services into three business lines:

- Construction (Rough-in)
- Maintenance and Recovery of Floors
Currently, our main clients are companies in the construction, commercial, industrial and real estate sectors, both public and private, in the central, northern and southern areas of the country. We constantly participate in public and private bids through ChileCompra, and we are a registered company in ChileProveedores.

A good quality control in the execution of the construction works is something every time more necessary…
At RCH™ Construction Company we know that every project must have and demand a good quality control among all your construction process, and so avoid unpleasant surprises, that always translate into cost overruns. In summary, the quality control at the construction works, as the technical verification (both materials and execution) must count with technical specifications and with a registry and consulting document that allows to control and avoid failures, bad methods and/or poor construction practices, and so ensure that the end user will receive a quality product.
At RCH™ we are committed to seeking continuous improvements, for this we have developed internal quality protocols, for consulting and documentation during all the project execution, including visual and technical registries, where our commitment always will be to stablish “by rule or by habit” the good development and the good execution of the construction works. In parallel actually we are developing a management system that will allow to access all the documentation for our customers through secure access from our WEB page.
